Hello, I’m Andi Wagner—a wife, mom, and dog mom, with a deep passion for fitness and a wealth of experience in the field. My educational journey includes a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, along with two bachelor’s degrees—one in Exercise Science and another in Health and Physical Education.
Initially, I thrived as a health and physical education teacher, inspiring students with my love for wellness. However, the birth of my son led me to prioritize family, and I stepped away from teaching to pursue other areas of fitness that allowed for a flexible schedule. I have worked as a personal trainer, group exercise iinstructor, and online fitness coach.
Sports have been a constant in my life, from dance and basketball to tennis, cheerleading, and track and field. During my time at the University of Pittsburgh, I pursued dance, and was part of the Pitt Dance Ensemble, performing at various events in the community. The PItt Dance Ensemble was my "sorority" for 6 years (undergrad and grad school), and I cherish those memories and friendships!
For nearly two decades, I immersed myself in the world of bodybuilding—competing for 19 years and coaching for 10. I climbed the ranks of the Fitness Universe organization, earning my pro card and securing the second spot in the world six times. Winning the ESPN Series Fitness America Championships in 2001 was a highlight, along with hosting numerous televised fitness shows.
Today, I’m deeply involved in my community, working as a personal trainer and running a local bootcamp called Camp Wagner. I facilitate a private Facebook group, Best You Crew. Please request to join so you don't miss out on any exciting news! Also, be sure to subscribe and listen to my podcast, SHE'S STILL GOT IT! It is a podcast created to empower women to live their best lives, no matter what stage they are in. I have taken a brief hiatis from recording, but there are so many good episodes in the vault for you to listen to. Check it out on Apple Podcast or Spotify.
At 53, I’m in the best shape of my life, defying age stereotypes. A health setback at 47 led me to a functional medicine specialist. I began implementing more natural approaches to health and wellness, and started thriving as a woman. It revitalized my health, and I’m excited to share my story and expertise, proving that it’s never too late to achieve optimal well-being. I am on a mission to make getting in great shape, losing weight, and living your best healthy life, practical and affordable for everyone.
